What's In My Makeup Bag?

In the past I have been asked "What makeup products do you use?" so I wanted to share some of my favorites with everyone! To start out, I have a naturally really oily t-zone, I have moderate acne which I struggle with, and large pores. Therefor, I try to stay away from liquid makeup. Not all of the products listed are in my "Daily Routine." Most days I only use powder foundation, fill in my eyebrows, and powder contour. DISCLAIMER: Not all of the products that work for me, might not work the same for everyone we are all different with our skin types & preferences!

PUR Minerals Powder Foundation: I have used this for about 3 years and it is BY FAR the best powder foundation I have ever tried. I heard a rumor that it may be discontinued so I went to the nearest ULTA and bought out all that they had left lol.

Better Than Sex Mascara: I no longer use mascara anymore since I have eyelash extensions, but before I had extensions this was my all time favorite mascara. This is a higher end mascara and it is super popular, gives a lot of thickness, volume, & length.

ULTA Contour Kit: This is an ULTA brand powder contour kit and I believe it is around $18 dollars, I use this everyday! It works very well for me. I use the darker shades around the outskirts of my face, and under my cheek bones.

Make-Up Wipes: I'm not really brand specific, but I usually buy the Neutrogena or Equate brand. I always have these on me.

KKW Contour Kit: I LOVE this product! It is a little on the pricey side and doesn't come with a ton of product in the kit, so I usually only use it on special occasions or when I want a deep contour. On the plus side it does come with a mini brush and blender.

Age Rewind Concealer: I usually only use this when I have a really dark/acne mark on my face. Like I said before I don't like putting liquid makeup in my pores.

Benefit KA-BROW Gel: I use this every day to fill in and elongate my brows just a little bit! I like to keep my brows natural looking and this does the trick.

Beauty Blenders: I usually buy very cheap beauty blenders, if you ask me they all work the same. I will not waste my money on a SPONGE! Plus you can throw them away and buy new, instead of taking the time out of your day to clean them. I use a beauty blender to rub in my KKW contour.

Laura Mercier Translucent Powder: This is a very nice but pricey setting powder, keeps me from getting super oily throughout the day.

As you can see, I'm not super extravagant with my makeup choices but this is what works for me! Let me know in the comments if theres anything specific you would like to see me post about!

Xoxo, Kendra
